Photos from the Westport Sprint Triathlon which is part of Triathlon Ireland's National Series. The race kicked off on a wet and stormy Saturday morning in June, typical Irish style. With nearly 200 entries and valuable points for the National Series on offer, the race was always going to be a good one. Aichlinn O'Reilly of Westport Tri Club and Laura Tighe were the eventual winners under tough racing conditions.
